Project | 01 KYOVA/TTA Impact Study
With a team of two junior staff, I am leading a comprehensive study of Tri-State Transit Authority fixed-route service in Huntington, WV, including new shuttle service at Marshall University. This effort includes a ridership by stop and trip data collection effort, full market demand analysis, public outreach, and short- and long-term recommendations.
Project | 02 Eagle County TDP
I am the Deputy Project Manager on a Transit Development Plan in Eagle County, CO. Our team is evaluating ECO Transit service, which provides local and commuter service along I-70 to ski resorts and employee residential areas. Recent public outreach work has revealed a need to expand our work to develop a much more robust, county-wide system. Find more information on the project website.
Project | 03 Traverse City TDM Study
We are studying parking utilization and potential parking demand management strategies, including transit circulators, fare programs, demand-based pricing, and development policies, among many other options, to help the city understand the need for additional parking supply and reduce that need in downtown overall. Our team recently led an open house for public feedback; presentation linked here.
